Yes. Your images are yours to use across your social media, website, Airbnb or listing, booking platforms, marketing and PR. You’re free to share and use them without needing to ask us for approval each time.

Yes. Styling is an important part of creating cohesive imagery. We can work with what you already have and suggest simple additions or changes to help each scene feel considered and natural.

For more involved shoots, we can also discuss sourcing flowers, food, props or other styling elements as part of the production.

If a third party — such as a builder, landscaper, furniture brand, tourism company or magazine — wants to use your images for their own advertising, marketing or commercial purposes, they’ll need their own licence.

We’ll arrange any additional licensing directly with the business, so there’s nothing you need to manage.

This depends on the size of the property and the scope of the brief. Smaller shoots can often be completed within a few hours, while larger content productions may require a full day or multiple shoot days.

We’ll recommend the appropriate amount of time when preparing your quote.

Once your shoot is confirmed, we’ll work with you on the details — including locations, priorities, styling, shot lists and timing. Our goal is to make the process feel organised and effortless from planning through to delivery.

Yes. We love combining considered interior imagery with lifestyle moments to create a more complete visual story. Depending on your brief, this might include details, food and drink, people, slow moments, outdoor spaces or the surrounding landscape.

Absolutely. If you decide you’d like to expand your final gallery, additional edited images can be added to your collection after the shoot.

Our smaller package is ideal for a focused collection of key spaces, while our larger packages allow us to photograph the property more comprehensively, including details, styling and lifestyle moments.

Your final images are professionally edited and delivered via an online gallery. Turnaround times vary depending on the size and scope of the project and will be confirmed when you book.
